Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial areas including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies
- Maintain high standards of hygiene by dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces regularly
- Restock cleaning supplies, toiletries, and paper products to ensure continuous availability for staff and visitors
- Dispose of waste responsibly by emptying trash bins and recycling containers in accordance with company policies
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to ensure a safe environment for all occupants
- Follow established cleaning procedures and health & safety guidelines diligently to uphold cleanliness standards
- Collaborate with team members to complete daily cleaning schedules efficiently and effectively
Experience
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment used in professional environments is advantageous
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively throughout the shift
- Good physical stamina and mobility to perform cleaning duties that involve standing, bending, lifting, and moving equipment or supplies
