Summary
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Barista to join our team at our northern sites covering holidays, sickness and generally supporting! As a key part of our catering and hospitality services, you will help deliver exceptional experiences to our clients and their guests.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages in accordance with company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests.
- Follow food safety protocols to ensure hygiene and safety.
- Assist with food preparation when needed.
- Manage time effectively during busy service periods.
- Support team members to create a welcoming environment.
- Contribute to a positive team atmosphere aligned with company values.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Barista or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and measurements.
- Good time management and organizational abilities.
- Passion for delivering great hospitality experiences.
- Previous experience in catering or food-service industry is preferred.

Pay: £35,000.00 per year
