We are looking for a highly motivated and confident Store Manager to lead our Team. The position is at our Maghull store and the responsibilities include leading a team, administrative, managerial duties as well as the day to day running of the store serving customers and cleaning tanning equipment. You will be the first point of contact for operations / area manager.
The attributes of a successful Store manager include being self-motivated, hard working, reliable, good communication skills with the ability to lead a team and also work alone under pressure. They will have good customer facing skills (previous experience preferred) and enjoy working with the general public. They will also need to be computer literate as all customer information and activation of tanning equipment is done via computer as well as administration duties expected of the successful candidate.
Finally, the Store manager must be flexible to cover in the absence of others due to sickness / holiday cover. This will include evenings and weekends
