We are recruiting for part-time Pub Waiting Staff /Bar to join the team at the Village Inn Pub, Thurlestone Hotel & Spa.
The Village Inn is a part of the wider Thurlestone Estate, serving real ales, great gastro pub food and good cheer to everyone from new guests to old locals. The Village Inn is connected to the luxury, family-owned, 4-star 65-bedroom hotel situated on the spectacular South Devon coast. The hotel also houses the 2 AA Rosette Trevilder Restaurant, Voyage Spa, 9-hole golf course, as well as a range of sports facilities including tennis and a seasonal kids club.

About the role
As Pub Waiting Staff/Bar you will be responsible for food and beverage service and ensuring this is served in an efficient and friendly manner to all Village Inn guests.
Key Responsibilities
- To serve drinks and other bar items during permitted opening hours, so as to ensure customer satisfaction.
- To ensure the highest possible standards of customer service exist in all areas of the food and beverage operation.
- To take orders in lunch/ dinner service and ensure the smooth and efficient running during service.
- To assist in preparing for opening the Village Inn ready for service.
- To be familiar with the cashiering and billing operation.
