We are seeking a skilled Chef to join our team at a vibrant restaurant in the heart of the Skipton. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary arts and a flair for creating delicious dishes that delight our customers.
## Duties
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes following standard recipes
- Oversee food preparation and ensure it meets the highest standards of taste and presentation
- Lead and manage kitchen staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment
- Collaborate with the restaurant management team to develop new menu items
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
## Requirements
- Punctuality
- Excellent knowledge of food production and culinary techniques
- A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional dining experiences
- Relevant qualifications in Culinary Arts or a similar field would be advantageous
