As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Line Chef/Fry Chef to join our team and help deliver the high standards our customers have come to expect.
The Role
We are looking for someone who is confident working on a fryer section and can thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Operating commercial fryers safely and efficiently
- Cooking fried chicken and other menu items to company standards
- Maintaining food quality, consistency, and presentation
- Managing stock levels on your section
- Following food safety and hygiene procedures
- Assisting with kitchen prep and cleaning duties
- Working closely with the kitchen team during busy services
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Line Chef, Fry Chef, or similar role
- Confidence operating commercial fryers
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure
- Strong understanding of food hygiene and kitchen safety
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Positive attitude and team-player mentality
- Passion for producing quality food
