Your Role
Every day is different. You'll visit people in their own homes and provide the support they need to continue living independently.
This may include:
- Personal care and assisting with daily routines
- Medication support
- Meal preparation
- Shopping and household tasks
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Supporting people to attend appointments or access their community
- Assisting with mobility and the safe use of equipment
- Supporting people with more complex care needs
- Delivering compassionate end-of-life care where appropriate
- Completing care records and working closely with colleagues
