Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your role will involve serving drinks, maintaining cleanliness, and contributing to a positive experience for all patrons.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with established recipes and standards.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high hygiene standards at all times.
- Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic math skills for processing payments.
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during peak hours.
Experience
- Previous experience or bar setting is preferred but not essential; a willingness to learn is key.
- Strong hospitality skills with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a friendly demeanour.
