Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to oversee daily operations within our company EEGLazing . The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the store’s overall performance. This role offers an opportunity to utilise strong management and organisational skills in a fast-paced environment. The Store Manager will play a vital part in , managing staff, and ensuring the store meets its business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the store team .
- working hours 6am-3pm
- Manage stock levels, merchandising displays, and visual presentation to optimise sales opportunities.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and organisation within the store environment.
- Oversee administrative duties including reporting, stock control,
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and legal requirements.
Qualifications
- Proven management experience within retail or a similar customer-facing environment, but training will be provided.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
- Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Proficient in time management with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Previous supervisory experience is essential; familiarity with retail management systems is preferred.
