Hospitality Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage visitor sign-in processes and ensure compliance with security protocols.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are set up with required equipment and refreshments.
- Maintain the reception, meeting, and communal areas to high presentation standards.
- Support internal events, meetings, and catering arrangements, including setup and cleanup.
- Liaise with catering vendors and service providers to ensure timely and quality delivery.
- Monitor kitchen, pantry, and coffee areas to ensure cleanliness and adequate supplies.
- Assist in organizing company hospitality initiatives (e.g., client lunches, staff events, town halls).
- Handle incoming calls, mail, and courier deliveries.
- Support the facilities team with office maintenance requests and coordination with vendors.
- Maintain stock levels of office and hospitality supplies.
- Assist with desk moves, meeting logistics, and workplace experience projects as required.
