Archers are a family run business and we are currently have 2 positions available we are looking for Class 1 drivers to work from our depot at B78 2BP. Various contracts with low loaders, flats & curtain siders on days (occasional overnight)
We also move forklifts and heavy plant/machinery across the UK.

We require mainly days and occassional overnights and this will vary dependent upon customer demand - some weeks out all week (Mon -Fri) other times less - please be prepared. We simply follow customer demand.
Driver will be allocated their own tractor unit and kit.
Requires ability to self-load and secure loads, good timekeeping and communication skills. Training would be provided.
- Shifts Monday - Friday + occasional Saturdays

Applicants should have a minimum of 3 years class 1 experience, CPC, no more than 6 points for minor endorsements. Ideal you would have experience in
- General haulage
- Ability to safely secure equipment / load - very important - correct training will be provided
- Would require driver to measure loads using height stick
Good rates of pay depending upon experience
