We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic person for our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily management and smooth operation of the Bistro and Dining Room
- Lead, motivate and develop the front-of-house team to maintain exceptional service standards
- Manage stock control
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, health & safety and quality control are consistently maintained
- Handle customer feedback, queries and complaints professionally and efficiently
- Ensure compliance with licensing regulations and company procedures
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding and training of new team members
- Prepare staff rotas in line with business requirements
- Maintain a positive and professional atmosphere throughout service
Essential Criteria:
Previous management experience within a busy restaurant or hospitality environment is desirable
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent organisational and communication abilities
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and respond proactively to challenges
- Flexible approach to working hours, including evenings and weekends
- High attention to detail and commitment to delivering excellent customer service
- Professional, reliable and self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Ability to adapt and support wider business operations when required
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
