Applicants will be asked to attend a two stage interview process which will involve
1. Interview with the In2sport management team.
2.Delivery of a practical activity in a school and nursery emviroment.
Successful candidate(s) will demonstrate;
1. Clear ability to perform at consistently high standards in a school environment;
Able to plan a range of innovative coaching sessions and programs
Set up and deliver high quality sports provision to children and young people
Knowledge of the school PE National Curriculum
2. Excellent knowledge and Hold qualifications of sports coaching, which should include;
At least 1 Sports Specific qualification
Able to pass an Enhanced DBS Check and be deemed safe to work with children
Recognised NGB Level 2 Coaching Certificate or above (Preferred)
Sports Degree or equivalent (Desirable)
Child Protection / Safeguarding Certificate (Desirable)
First Aid Certificate (Required)
12 hour Pediatric first aid (Desirable)
Main Duties;
Delivering sport and physical activities to children and young people, both in School curriculum time following the PE National Curriculum and/or set programmes of study and also deliver a range of extracurricular activities before school, at lunch times, after school and in school holiday periods.
2 week day evening academy sessions.
1 weekend session.
Skills and Experience:
Have access to car and full driving license
Computer Literate
Reliable with strong time management
Self-motivated and have a passion for teaching/coaching
Experience and knowledge of working with children and young people
Previous experience in a school environment preferable
Role and Responsibilities
· Provide a high standard coaching to a respective age group, educating them in the in line with the PPC Academy philosophy and methodology as outlines in the Academy Performance Plan
· To ensure that all Academy players adhere the PPC Values and show a high level of respect and discipline.
· To adhere to the Coaches Code of Conduct.
· To assist players to set individual short and long term goals to create Individual Action Plans for all players
· To work with Head of Coaching in the completion of a personal Coach Development Plan in line with the PPC Coach Competency Framework
· To maintain FA Licensed Coaches Club membership criteria
· To identify players available each weekend for matches and communicate any additional player requirements to the Lead Phase Coach at the earliest opportunity.
· To attend coach in service days as instructed by Academy Manager/Head of Academy Coaching

This job will be mainly based in a primary school in Bracknell forest.
