We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality hair cutting, colouring, and styling services tailored to client preferences.
- Engage with clients to offer consultations and recommend suitable hairstyles and treatments.
- Maintain a clean and organised work station, ensuring all tools and products are sanitised and ready for use.
- Assist in store management tasks, including inventory control and product displays.
- Provide excellent customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere for clients.
- Mentor junior stylists or apprentices by sharing knowledge and techniques to help them develop their skills.
- Handle front desk duties as required, including scheduling appointments and managing client records.
Qualifications
- Valid hairdressing qualification or equivalent experience in the industry.
- Proven experience in hair styling with a strong portfolio showcasing your work
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to connect with clients effectively.
- Strong customer service orientation with a positive attitude towards teamwork.
- Ability to upsell services while maintaining client satisfaction.
- Previous experience in store management or mentoring is an advantage but not essential.
