We are seeking a detail-orientated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as Student Support Assistant. This full time position, Monday - Friday 8:30-17:30 is a 12 month position to cover maternity leave. This position plays a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Student Support department. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent organisational skills & strong communication abilities.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue student contracts and manage the student onboarding process.
- Provide administrative support throughout the student lifecycle, ensuring accurate records and documentation are maintained.
- Conduct regular stock takes and monitor inventory levels.
- Order and coordinate the supply of uniforms, equipment, and training materials.
- Produce flight school reports and operational documentation.
- Process and respond to airline reference requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Organise and coordinate Radio Telephony (RT) courses, including scheduling and student communications.
- Prepare quotations and proposals for military personnel training programmes.
- Raise invoices
- Assist the Student Support Manager with daily administrative and operational duties.
- Handle telephone and email enquiries, providing excellent customer service to prospective and current students.
We use a range of computer software systems to support theses tasks. Full training will be provided.

- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Basic computer knowledge and skills.
