Are you a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant looking for your next opportunity in Chelmsford? Vision for Education is looking for enthusiastic TAs to join our team and work across a range of welcoming schools in the Chelmsford area.
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting pupils with their learning, development and confidence in the classroom. You could be working alongside the class teacher, providing one-to-one support or helping small groups of pupils.
Your responsibilities may include:

Supporting teachers with engaging and effective lessons

Providing one-to-one and small-group support

Helping pupils stay focused and engaged with their learning

Supporting children with additional needs where required

Assisting with classroom activities and preparation

Building positive relationships with pupils and staff

Creating a safe, supportive and inclusive classroom environment

Supporting pupils with their social, emotional and academic development
- Experience working with children or young people is desirable

A genuine passion for education and supporting pupils

A patient, caring and positive approach

Strong communication and teamwork skills

The ability to build positive relationships with children

Confidence working as part of a school team

A willingness to learn and adapt to different school environments

Relevant qualifications or education experience are advantageous
