Responsibilities
- Provide a wide range of hair styling services including cutting, colouring, styling, and treatments tailored to client preferences.
- Maintain a welcoming and professional atmosphere at the front desk, managing appointments and assisting clients with enquiries.
- Upsell additional products and services to maximise client experience and salon revenue.
- Manage store operations effectively, ensuring cleanliness, organisation, and adherence to health and safety standards.
- Build strong relationships with clients through personalised consultations and excellent customer service.
