We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Floor Staff to join our team. Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with their enquiries
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the floor area to ensure a tidy environment
- Restock supplies and organise stock as needed
- Support team members with setting up and clearing away equipment or displays
- Monitor customer flow and ensure safety protocols are followed
- Handle customer payments accurately and efficiently where applicable
- Provide information about products or services to enhance customer experience
- Assist in opening or closing procedures to prepare the venue for operation or closure
Experience
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is advantageous but not essential; full training will be provided
- Strong communication skills with a friendly demeanour
- Ability to work well within a team and independently when required
- Organised with good attention to detail
- Flexibility to work during busy periods, including weekends if necessary
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different roles within the team
Pay: £10.85-£12.71 per hour
