We’re looking for a passionate and energetic Front of House Supervisor to join the team at Calvo Loco, Exeter’s authentic Andalusian tapas bar.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves hospitality, enjoys leading a team, and takes pride in creating exceptional guest experiences.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading front of house shifts and supporting the management team
- Delivering warm, professional service to every guest
- Training and motivating team members
- Assisting with opening and closing procedures
- Ensuring high standards of cleanliness, presentation and service
- Handling guest feedback confidently and professionally
- Helping drive sales through excellent food and drink knowledge
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Has previous hospitality experience (supervisory experience preferred but not essential)
- Has a positive, can-do attitude
- Is confident leading a team during busy services
- Loves food, wine and great customer service
- Works well under pressure whilst maintaining high standards
- Is reliable, organised and professional
