We're looking for a confident and friendly Outbound Call Handler to join our growing team.
Your role will be to contact warm leads who have already expressed interest in our services, qualify their requirements, and book appointments for our sales team.

Responsibilities:
- Contact warm leads via telephone.
- Build rapport and establish customer requirements.
- Qualify prospects using a simple qualification process.
- Book appointments for our sales consultants.
- Update customer records and notes accurately.
- Follow up with prospective customers where required.
- Meet daily and weekly activity targets.
What We're Looking For:
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Confident and professional telephone manner.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to build rapport quickly.
- Comfortable working towards targets and KPIs.
- Good organisational and time-management skills.
- Previous experience in telesales, appointment setting, call centres, or sales is desirable but not essential.
