Nursery Cook / Kitchen Assistant Vacancy
Emmy’s Day Nursery in Brockley is looking for a reliable, hardworking and friendly Nursery Cook/Kitchen Assistant to join our team.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm
The role will include:
- Preparing and serving healthy meals and snacks for the children
- Washing up and keeping the kitchen clean and organised
- Following food hygiene and allergy procedures
- Completing kitchen cleaning duties Supporting staff within the nursery rooms when required
- Helping with general nursery duties as needed
The ideal candidate will be organised, dependable and happy to work as part of a busy nursery team. Previous kitchen or childcare experience would be beneficial, but full training can be provided.
A food hygiene qualification and an enhanced DBS check will be required.
Pay: From £14.00 per hour
