We're looking for confident, enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our Venue Sales Team across the West Midlands. Whether you have previous sales experience or are looking for a new career, we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed.
The Role
As a Venue Energy Sales Advisor, you'll be based at pre-booked retail venues, shopping centres and events where you'll engage with customers, explain our energy products and help them make informed decisions about switching their energy supplier.
No cold calling or door knocking is involved in this role.
You'll be working in a friendly, supportive team with ongoing coaching and excellent opportunities to increase your earnings through our uncapped commission structure.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage confidently with members of the public at retail venues and events.
- Explain the benefits of our energy products and services.
- Help customers switch to suitable energy tariffs.
- Build trust and rapport with potential customers.
- Complete applications accurately using company systems.
- Meet individual and team sales targets.
- Deliver outstanding customer service.
- Represent the company professionally at all times.

- Must be aged 18 or over.
- Excellent communication skills.

- Ability to travel to venues within the West Midlands.
