TMA Property Maintenance Ltd are looking for an experienced and reliable roofer/supervisor to join our growing team.
This role is suited to a skilled roofer who is confident leading teams on domestic roofing projects and maintaining high standards of workmanship, organisation, and professionalism on site.
The successful candidate must be experienced in pitched roofing works including tiling, slating, leadwork, and general roofing repairs, and be capable of working independently while overseeing jobs and managing operatives when required.
Applicants should also have experience in surveying roofing works, assessing project requirements, planning and coordinating materials, and managing material orders and stock to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to schedule.
The ideal candidate must be confident taking charge of site visits in the absence of the company director, ensuring works are carried out safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years roofing experience
- Surveying Experience
- Leadership experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of domestic pitched roofing
- Able to organise and oversee day-to-day site works
- Full UK driving licence
- UTR & CIS registered
- Reliable, professional, and takes pride in their work
