Flexible Hours. Meaningful Work. Global Impact.
Looking for a role that fits around your lifestyle while giving you the opportunity to work with innovative technology and customers around the world?
We're expanding our Support Analyst team and are looking for reliable, detail focused individuals to join us on a flexible, zero hours basis. Whether you're looking to supplement your income, work around family commitments, studies, or another job, we'd love to hear from you.
About the Role
As a Support Analyst, you'll help monitor livestock farms across the globe using our proprietary technology and AI-powered monitoring systems. No previous agricultural experience is required. Full training will be provided, and we'll support you as you develop your knowledge and confidence.
Experience in administration, customer service, technical support, data monitoring or shift-based work would be an advantage, but isn't essential.
Flexible Working
This is a flexible, zero-hours role designed to provide holiday and absence cover for our permanent Support Analyst team.
Shifts are offered in advance to cover planned annual leave, with occasional opportunities to cover sickness or additional operational demand.
Available shift patterns are:
- Day Shift: 07:00 – 19:00
- Night Shift: 19:00 – 07:00
You don't need to be available for every shift, but applicants should be able to work a mixture of day and/or night shifts as agreed in advance.
This role is ideal for someone looking for flexible work, additional income, or who enjoys shift-based working without committing to a fixed rota.
