What We Do
LUX Rewards is a B2B fintech scale-up on a mission to help brands gain and retain more customers. We give brands like Zenni, iHerb, SEMRush, and Macdonald Hotels access to 650 million high spenders, consumers, business cardholders and travellers, via our card-linked-offer partnerships with banks, airlines and engaging reward schemes (UK, EU, US, CAN, LATAM) including Mastercard Business, Capital on Tap, Revolut, Bank of America and more.
The Role
Sales. It's one of those skills that a lot of people take for granted. In reality, we all work in sales, everyday, and it's a critical skill for SO many areas of life.
Whether it's convincing a mate to come out to dinner with you, asking a shop assistant to accept your 10% 'student' discount (when you graduated back in 2018…), or chatting to someone that you like the look of in a bar - it's all sales. How you get your message across, peak interest, answer their questions or concerns, combat any pushback, arrange next steps and so on.
That’s the role! You’ll sit within our affiliate-focused sales team: the team that builds and leverages relationships with affiliates, partners and networks to help sign up brands for Card Linked Offer (CLO) campaigns.
It’s a hybrid role. Part of your time will be spent doing classic SDR work: identifying target brands, starting conversations, qualifying opportunities and helping move them into the sales funnel. Another part will be focused on supporting the affiliate side of the sales team: building relationships with affiliates, helping organise and attend events, keeping conversations warm, and making sure the team has the information and follow-up needed to turn introductions into commercial opportunities.
This role is a great fit if you already have SDR, sales support or partnerships experience and are looking to grow into a broader commercial role. You’ll need to enjoy outbound sales and pipeline building, but also be comfortable with the relationship-led, operational and administrative work that helps a small sales team move quickly.
· You do not need to come from the affiliate space, although exposure to affiliate marketing, partnerships, rewards, CLO or similar commercial environments would be a real advantage. What matters most is that you understand how to open conversations, build relationships, stay organised, follow up properly and support a sales process from first contact through to next steps.
Who You'll be Working With
We operate a small, hungry team of entrepreneurial people who all buy into the same vision. We're a friendly bunch, and we encourage team members to be clear about what they enjoy, don't enjoy, want to develop, and so on.
Our leadership team is highly capable of delivering in a fast-growth environment. We have experience selling into and delivering projects within the financial services and consulting sectors from our time at Visa, Worldpay, IBM, Accenture, Atos and Filament AI. We also have a number of notable investors and advisors supporting the business, including Just Eat.
Apply If You're Thinking "That's Me!" When Reading The Below…
· You have SDR, BDR, sales support, partnerships or similar commercial experience, ideally in a B2B environment
· You’re confident prospecting new accounts, starting conversations with potential customers and helping create qualified opportunities for the sales team
· You know how to manage outreach across email, phone, LinkedIn and events, and you’re comfortable supporting follow-up before and after commercial conversations
· You’re a natural connector — the kind of person who says hi to people, asks good questions and enjoys building relationships with brands, affiliates and partners
· You’re organised and consistent — you keep on top of follow-ups, update systems properly, capture useful information and make sure promising conversations don’t go cold
· You’re highly motivated, driven, tenacious and comfortable balancing outbound sales activity with relationship-building, events support and sales admin
· You’re adaptable, diligent and collaborative, with the ability to jump between prospecting, partner support, event preparation and operational tasks as priorities change
· You communicate clearly and confidently, both in writing and in conversation, whether you’re speaking to a brand, an affiliate partner or an internal team member
· You’re curious, commercially minded and enjoy understanding how different partners can help open doors to prospective customers
· You’re resilient — in sales and partnerships, you’ll hear “no”, deal with slow replies and need to keep momentum with energy and professionalism
· Exposure to affiliate marketing, partnerships, rewards, CLO, events or similar commercial environments is a bonus, but not a requirement
· Prior experience using sales tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce or similar CRMs is beneficial, especially if you’re comfortable keeping pipelines, contact records and follow-up notes up to date
A heads up on what we'll ask for
Be ready to talk us through how you actually meet people, build relationships and stay organised — how you’d work a room at an event, open a conversation with someone new, follow up afterwards, keep track of next steps and support a wider sales process. If you’ve got cold email, cold calling, CRM, event or partnership examples to show us too, even better — relationships get you in the door, but we still want to see that you can help turn activity into commercial momentum.
