Role: Production Operative
Location: Fenton
Pay: £12.71 per hour
Hours: Monday – Friday, 6:00am – 3:00pm & Friday 06:00 – 12:30
Start Date: Immediate Starts Available
We have a fantastic opportunity for Production Operatives to join one of our established clients based in Fenton. This Production Operative role is ideal for individuals with solid manufacturing experience and a good length of service in previous roles, who enjoy hands‑on work and being part of a busy, supportive team.

The Role:
- Moving stock around
- General production tasks
- Following work instructions and meeting daily production targets
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work area
- Working as part of a team to ensure smooth workflow
The Requirements:
- Previous manufacturing experience is essential
- A good length of service in previous roles
- Manually handle heavy products
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
