As our Group continues to grow, we're building consistent, efficient and scalable ways of working across our businesses. This newly created role of Business Excellence Lead will help shape the future operating model for the Group.
Reporting to our Group Integration Director, you will be responsible for:
- Identifying improvement opportunities through data analytics and stakeholder engagement.
- Delivering measurable improvements in productivity, customer outcomes and profitability.
- Embedding sustainable improvements that become standard ways of working.
- Accelerating business performance through data, digital technologies and AI.

- Spend time with operational and functional teams to understand how work is really performed.
- Use observation, data and stakeholder engagement to identify improvement opportunities.
- Facilitate workshops and process mapping to understand root causes and develop solutions.
- Deliver improvements iteratively, focusing on early value.
- Build trusted relationships while constructively challenging existing ways of working.
- Experience or academic exposure to Business Improvement, Continuous Improvement or Operational Excellence.
- Ability to influence and engage colleagues across multiple business functions.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills; Power BI desirable.
- Recognised project management qualifications including Agile and Design Thinking methodologies.
- Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma or equivalent continuous improvement tools.
- Experience implementing CRM, ERP or operational systems.
- Regular travel to Group companies and operational sites across the UK is expected, with occasional overnight stays.
- Full UK driving licence is required.
