Responsibilities:

Prepare surfaces for powder coating by cleaning, sanding, and masking as necessary.
- Operate powder coating equipment to apply coatings evenly and efficiently.
- Monitor the coating process to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Perform routine maintenance on powder coating equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct inspections of finished products to identify any defects or inconsistencies.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications:
