About the Role
As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents to live comfortably, safely and as independently as possible. Working under the guidance of our Senior Carers and Nurses, you will deliver person-centred care that respects each individual's dignity, preferences and choices while promoting their physical, emotional and social wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred care tailored to each resident's individual needs.
- Support residents with personal care, daily living activities and mobility while encouraging independence.
- Assist residents to achieve rehabilitation and therapy goals in line with their care plans.
- Promote residents' emotional wellbeing, personal interests and community connections.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the wider multidisciplinary team.
- Maintain accurate care records and promptly report any changes in residents' health or wellbeing.
- Safeguard the health, safety and welfare of all residents.
- Treat every resident with dignity, kindness, compassion and respect.
