Duties

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure production meets required specifications and timelines.
- Provide training and support to production staff, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and teamwork.
- Implement job rotation and delegation.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a production management role within a manufacturing environment (Preferably a min of 3 years)
- Strong knowledge of quality control principles and practices.
- Demonstrated ability to analyse business processes and implement improvements effectively.
- Mechanical knowledge relevant to production equipment and assembly processes is advantageous.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate teams towards achieving common goals.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience of staff schedule completion and proficient in various computer software preferable.
