Due to our continuous growth at Notemachine, we’re looking for a sharp, dependable Cash Handler/Dispatcher to join our critical operations team at our depot.
In this dynamic role, you will manage cash processing, handle dispatching tasks, and collaborate closely with the operations / CIT team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services. Your contributions will support the overall operations and strengthen our commitment to excellence.

Shifts:
We believe in offering a balanced approach to scheduling. Therefore, we offer the below:
· Shorter working week: 44 hour working week across 7-day period – this is a reduction from the old 47 hour week
· Advanced Rota: Advanced visibility of your working schedule at least 2 weeks in advance – giving you plenty of notice to balance work, family, and personal commitments
· Shifts: Our shifts are designed around business needs – so as mentioned before you will be given 4-week rota confirming your shift
We are looking for candidates that have a flexible attitude and can work the below shifts:
· Shift 1: 03:30 AM start
· Shift 2: 12:00 PM start
*Please note the successful candidates will have to do a mixture of both shifts
What you will be doing:
You’ll be based in our Depot, acting as the central hub between our vault and our road team. The following duties will be:
· Accurately count, verify, and record cash to ensure precise financial records
· Manage the preparation of dispatching of cash handlers
· Monitor our drivers throughout the day and providing administration support to them from our office
· Maintain up-to-date records of cash movements and report any discrepancies immediately for prompt resolution
· Work closely with other team members to coordinate daily tasks and achieve departmental goals efficiently
· Adhere strictly to company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and security measures
· Participate in regular training sessions to stay current on best practices and compliance requirements.
· Must not have any live County Court Judgements (CCJs), live Individual Voluntary Arrangements (IVAs or known as in Scotland as Trust Deed) or within last 10 years, or have bankruptcy declarations

Requirements:
· A valid FULL UK manual driving licence is essential
· 1-2 years cash handling experience
· 1-2 years dispatching experience
· Warehouse experience (preferred)
