Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our nursing team. Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols and standards
- Develop, implement, and evaluate personalised care plans tailored to individual patient needs
- Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and perform clinical procedures as required
- Collaborate with doctors, healthcare assistants, and other professionals to ensure coordinated patient care
- Provide guidance and leadership to junior staff and healthcare assistants
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient records and treatment plans
- Educate patients and their families on health management, treatment options, and post-discharge care
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
Requirements
- Valid registration as a Registered Nurse with the NMC
- Proven experience in a clinical or hospital setting is preferred
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide team members
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and colleagues
- Proficient in developing care plans and managing multiple priorities efficiently
- Exceptional organisational skills with effective time management abilities
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to ethical standards
Pay: £17.00-£19.00 per hour
