About the Role:
Bangor is a practical and well connected business location, and at NSR Automotive Services, we bring that same reliable approach to vehicle service support and customer coordination. We help keep service bookings, customer updates, workshop schedules, parts information, and daily automotive operations running smoothly.
We are looking for an Automotive Service Coordinator who can support day to day service activities and help maintain clear communication between customers, technicians, suppliers, and management. You are not just booking appointments; you are helping coordinate service requests, track updates, organise records, and make sure customers receive professional support from start to finish.
You will work closely with workshop staff, customer service, parts support, and operations teams to make sure service information is accurate, timelines are clear, and daily tasks are followed up properly.
Why Work With Us?
The Environment: Our Bangor location provides a practical and team focused workplace where communication, reliability, and customer care matter every day.
Organised Service Support: We believe smooth automotive service comes from accurate records, clear updates, and consistent follow up. Your work will help keep customers and internal teams informed.
Customer Focus: We support customers who rely on timely communication, dependable service coordination, and clear information about their vehicles. You will help maintain a professional and helpful customer experience.
Growth: This role is suitable for someone who wants to build a stable career in automotive service, workshop administration, customer support, parts coordination, or operations support.
Key Responsibilities:
Service Coordination: Assist with booking service appointments, updating schedules, tracking customer requests, and supporting daily workshop activity.
Customer Communication: Respond professionally to customer queries, provide service updates, confirm appointment details, and escalate more complex concerns when required.
Workshop Support: Coordinate with technicians and service staff to check job progress, update records, and help ensure work is completed on schedule.
Parts and Supplier Follow Up: Support communication with parts teams or suppliers when updates, confirmations, or order details are needed.
Record Management: Maintain accurate service records, customer notes, appointment logs, job cards, parts updates, and operational trackers.
Reporting: Prepare simple service summaries, daily activity updates, issue logs, and follow up notes for supervisors or management.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience: Previous experience in automotive service, workshop administration, customer service, vehicle support, parts coordination, or operations support is preferred.
Organisation: You can manage multiple service requests, update records accurately, and follow processes carefully.
Communication Skills: You can write clear emails, speak professionally, and coordinate confidently with customers, technicians, suppliers, and colleagues.
Attention to Detail: You notice missing information, schedule conflicts, service delays, and record errors before they become bigger problems.
Tooling: You are comfortable using email, Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, shared calendars, customer records, and basic service or booking systems.
Mindset: You are dependable, practical, and calm under pressure. You know how to prioritise tasks, follow up properly, and keep service operations moving.
Pay: £2,200.00-£2,600.00 per month
