This role is perfect for an experienced gymnastics/dance coach or a School TA with dance/gymnastics experience that wants to continue building both their coaching skills, but also business skills outside of coaching/teaching to advance their career.
We're looking for a career-minded lead coach ready to get stuck in and grow with us. The right candidate will have strong teaching skills, be a skillful gymnastics/dance coach, have natural talent for working with children, and be excited to grow new skills in the business.
Your mission will be to drive exceptional class quality, outstanding customer service and support the growth of the business alongside our other teachers.

You Are:

Experience in gymnastics, dance, cheer or similar is required. Experience with children is essential. A positive attitude and growth mindset are required.
The Role:
- Teach gymnastics The Little Gym Way at our High Wycombe location
- Train with and learn from our wider team across the group
- Build positive relationships with members
- Support admin, customer service, events and marketing
- Learn how a successful children's sports business runs
- Grow a successful small business
The Details:
- Two roles available: 30+ hours per week plus 20+ hours per week
- Pay rate is highly dependent on experience
- Some evenings + one weekend teaching day required
- Fun, supportive team with ongoing weekly training
