About the Role We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking Litter Picker Operative to help keep our sites clean, safe, and presentable. This is a part‑time position for 10 hours per week, ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining tidy outdoor spaces and enjoys working independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out litter picking across designated areas
- Empty bins and dispose of waste safely
- Maintain cleanliness around pathways, entrances, and communal spaces
- Report any hazards, damage, or issues to the supervisor
- Work safely and follow all site procedures

- Ability to work outdoors in all weather
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Physically fit enough for a hands‑on outdoor role
