4-Futures are looking to recruit a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our small caring staff team, supporting 4 individuals with learning disabilities or brain injury who share a house in Rushden.
This is a part-time permanent position of between 14-16 hours per week plus sleep ins and will include at least 1 weekend every 3 weeks. Rates of pay for an experienced member of staff are £13.20 - £14.20 per hour. Applicants who require additional training will be paid £12.80 - £13.20 per hour, whilst receiving training and gaining experience. Sleep in rate is £84 per night.
