Dukeries Roofing Services Ltd is looking for experienced 2–3+ man roofing gangs to join our team on a number of long-term residential projects across the East Midlands.
We're looking for professional gangs who take pride in their work and want a long-term relationship with a contractor who values quality, reliability and straightforward communication.
What You Can Expect
- Long-term, continuous work throughout the year
- £200–£275 per operative, per day (depending on experience)
- Weekly payments every Thursday
- Immediate starts available
- Well-planned projects with dedicated management support
- Consistent workflow across Leicester, Newbold, Rugby and Corby
- Weekend overtime available where required
The Work
You'll be working on a mixture of:
- New-build housing developments
- Residential roofing projects
Work includes:
- Roof tiling
- Slating
- Associated pitched roofing works
What We're Looking For
- Established roofing gangs of 2–4 or more operatives
- Minimum of three years' roofing experience
- Valid CSCS Cards
- Own transport and roofing tools
- Full PPE
- High standards of workmanship
- Professional attitude and reliability
