Contract: Part-time to start, with progression to Full-time | Available to start within 1-2 months

Salary: £16-£19 per hour (DOE) + generous commission & bonuses
Hours: 24-30 per week initially, with progression to Full-time

We are looking for 2 exceptional Aesthetics & Laser Therapists with strong experience in advanced facials and luxury client care - professionals who combine technical expertise with warmth, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for aesthetics and patient experience.
The Role
As an experienced Aesthetics & Laser Therapist, you will deliver advanced laser and skin treatments to a high clinical standard while providing an exceptional luxury client experience.
You will confidently create tailored treatment plans, build long-term client relationships, and contribute to the growth and reputation of the clinic through outstanding service, professionalism, and strong treatment and skincare sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced laser treatments including laser hair removal, pigmentation, skin rejuvenation, and resurfacing treatments
- Deliver advanced facials, Hydrafacial and lymphatic massage treatments to an exceptional standard
- Conduct detailed consultations, skin analysis, and create bespoke treatment plans
- Recommend skincare and treatment programmes confidently and professionally
- Build strong client relationships through exceptional service, communication, and results
- Maintain excellent treatment notes, hygiene, laser safety, and aftercare standards
- Support clinic growth through high rebooking, retail sales, and client retention
- Maintain a polished and professional standard at all times

Candidate Profile
We are looking for polished, experienced professionals who bring both strong technical ability and exceptional client care skills.
Essential
- Minimum 5 years experience in a high-end aesthetic or medical clinic in London
- Strong experience with laser treatments and laser technologies
- Experience delivering advanced facials and skin treatments
- Core of Knowledge certification is essential
- Beauty Therapy Level 4 or equivalent essential
- Excellent consultation, communication, and sales skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and client care
- Professional, confident, and well-presented
- Available to start within 1-2 months
Desirable
- Experience using a variety of laser platforms and technologies
- Massage experience including lymphatic massage
