Job Opportunity: Warehouse Operative (Loader)
- Role: Loader
- Pay: £13.06 per hour
- Start Time: 20:00 - 04:30
- Shift Pattern: Full-time, 5 shifts per week (Sunday - Thursday), fixed hours

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure vehicles are loaded accurately and securely so orders reach the customer on time and in full.
- Condense cages and ensure goods are neatly stacked to maintain excellent presentation standards for the drivers.
- Meet individual and team key performance indicators (KPIs) for loading accuracy and dispatch deadlines.
- Safely operate manual handling equipment to load goods onto the correct vehicles.
- Maintain strict health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
- Report any operational issues, stock shortages, or damages to the Shift Manager.
- Work effectively as part of the warehouse team to ensure all shift tasks and targets are completed.
Requirements – The successful applicant will:
- Demonstrate the ability to work in a safe, legal, and professional manner.
- Be committed to providing an excellent level of service.
- Be reliable, responsible, and accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess previous warehouse experience (advantageous, but not essential).
- Be physically capable of lifting up to 25kg.
- Be aged 18 or over (due to the required use of machinery).
