Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common areas
- Use appropriate cleaning tools and supplies to ensure high standards of hygiene and cleanliness
- Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to maintain consistency
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper as needed
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times during cleaning activities
- Maintain a tidy storage area for cleaning equipment and supplies
Qualifications
- Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning tasks throughout the shift
- Reliable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to cleaning chemicals and equipment is a plus
