Are you energetic, confident, and passionate about making a positive difference in children's lives?
We're looking for enthusiastic and reliable Activity Leaders to join our amazing wraparound childcare team. This is a fantastic opportunity for recent graduates, college leavers, university students, or anyone looking to build experience working with children in a fun, rewarding environment
We have a range of roles available, including:
- Setting Managers (£18 - 20ph)
- Activity Leaders (£13 - £15ph)
- After School Sports Club Leaders (£15-£20ph)
Regardless of the role, you'll help create a safe, engaging, and enjoyable experience for primary-aged children before and after school. Every day is different, and you'll play a key role in organising activities, encouraging participation, and ensuring every child feels welcome, supported, and valued.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading and supervising fun activities, games, and creative sessions
- Building positive relationships with children and encouraging their confidence
- Ensuring children are safe, happy, and engaged throughout each session
- Supporting children's social development and wellbeing
- Following safeguarding and health & safety procedures at all times
- Working as part of a friendly and supportive team
- Leading a team (setting manager roles only)
- Communicating with parents
- Being a positive role model for the children in your care

Experience
Previous experience working with children is desirable but not essential. This could include:
- Holiday camps or activity programmes
- Youth groups or community organisations
- Sports coaching
- Children's clubs or after-school programmes
- Volunteering with children
- Teaching assistant or childcare experience
