We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting daily operations by managing administrative tasks efficiently and professionally.
The Support Administrator (Level 1) plays a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and will provide essential administrative and facilities support, helping to deliver a professional, efficient, and welcoming environment for staff and clients.
Responsibilities
- Provide a consistently high standard of administrative support and customer service
- Meet and greet visitors in a professional manner, ensuring the visitor log is accurately maintained and relevant staff are notified
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distribution, and preparing mail for collection
- Order and manage stationery supplies to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained
- Order office sundries, including tea, coffee, and other refreshments
- Prepare meeting rooms for internal and external visitors, including setting up refreshments where required
- Any other reasonable request from your manager
Requirements
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Competent PC skills, including Microsoft Office 365 applications
- Strong attention to detail
- Good organisational and time-management skills
- Reliable, personable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work to tight deadlines in a busy office environment
