About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Bar Supervisor to join our team, helping run a busy bar with confidence and flair. You'll be responsible for delivering great service, supervising bar staff during shifts, and keeping standards high on the floor.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise the bar during evening and weekend shifts, ensuring smooth, efficient service. Prepare and serve drinks, including a strong range of classic and signature cocktails, to a consistently high standard. Support, guide, and motivate bar staff, stepping in to resolve issues as they arise. Maintain stock levels, manage cellar and bar deliveries, and help control wastage. Ensure full compliance with licensing laws, health and safety, and hygiene standards. Handle cash and card transactions accurately, and support with end-of-shift reconciliation. Help train new team members on drinks knowledge, service standards, and till procedures. Maintain a clean, well-organised, and welcoming bar area at all times.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in a bar supervisor or senior bartender role. Strong cocktail knowledge, with the ability to make classics confidently and consistently. Excellent customer service skills and a calm head under pressure. Ability to lead and support a small team during busy shifts. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
What We Offer
£13.50 per hour. Minimum 16 hours per week, with evening and weekend shifts. Christmas Day off, guaranteed. A supportive team environment with room to grow.
