Job Title: Hybrid Front of House Staff
Overview:
We are seeking dedicated service staff to join our team. As an all-round Front of House server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Clubhouse Cafe, Bar and functions/events venue. Full Training will be provided to the successful candidate.

Duties include:
- Ensuring that guests are warmly welcomed, then orders are taken efficiently
- Serving drinks and coffees to a high standard of presentation
- Basic hot food preparation and presentation (Merrychef Menu, training provided)
- Following recipes and presentations for food and beverage items
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the cafe and outside terrace
- Facilitating a friendly and relaxing atmosphere in the bar area
- Keeping the bar stocked - replacing empty bottles, cans, food items and changing kegs (training provided)
- Maintaining general cleanliness - cleaning the bar, cafe and outside terrace tables
- Verifying the age and checking the identification of potential customers
- Being aware of and following operational policies and procedures
- Being punctual and maintaining regular and consistent attendance
- The ability to work flexible hours and shifts which may include early mornings, late nights, weekends and public holidays
- Contributing to a positive work environment
- Following health and safety guidelines

Requirements:
.
- Prior experience working within a bar, various function events or catering environment is essential
- Comfortable with physical tasks such as setting-up tables and chairs for our ever growing function & events business
- General Knowledge of food safety and licensing regulations but not essential as training will be provided
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment including busy functions
- Great communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
