Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and versatile Joiner/Handyman/woman to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to apply your carpentry, Joinery and maintenance skills across diverse projects., Plumbing and Tiling would be a plus
Duties
- Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks For social housing, Both tenanted and untenanted, including plumbing, Joinery and general repair work as needed.
- Conduct carpentry and General joinery tasks such as Door, Archs, Skirts fitting.
- Use hand tools such as saws, drills, hammers, chisels, and screwdrivers efficiently and safely.
- Kitchen Fit outs
- General repairs
- Proven experience in carpentry, joinery, or general handyman roles.
- Skilled in the use of hand tools and power tools for various building tasks.
- Experience with roofing, plumbing, masonry work is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety and quality workmanship.
