We are looking for a passionate and proactive Senior Care Assistant to bring warmth, energy, and enthusiasm to our lively care home. Your Role Will Include:
- Delivering personal care with respect and dignity to our residents
- Leading by example as you mentor and support junior staff members
- Building meaningful relationships with residents, their families, and healthcare professionals
- Collaborating in the creation and implementation of personalized care plans
- Helping residents stay active and engaged, including driving them to appointments and social outings
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in senior care, with a genuine passion for enhancing the lives of the elderly
- Confidence in using care home IT systems and supervising staff
- Strong leadership skills, fostering a positive and caring atmosphere
- A warm, outgoing personality with the drive to make every day better for our residents
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to £14.50 per hour
