Quality & People Manager – Early Years
Full Time | 40 Hours per Week | Competitive Salary (DOE) | Multi-site Role
We're looking for an experienced Quality & People Manager to lead quality improvement, compliance and people development across our nursery group.
Working closely with our Operations Manager and Nursery Managers, you'll drive high standards of care and education, support Ofsted readiness, champion staff development, lead recruitment and retention initiatives, and help create a positive culture where children and teams thrive.
About you:
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above)
- Significant leadership experience within Early Years
- Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding and Ofsted requirements
- Excellent coaching, mentoring and communication skills
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between nursery settings
Desirable:
- Degree in Early Childhood Studies, Education, HR or a related field
- Experience in quality assurance, multi-site management or HR
- Track record of supporting Good or Outstanding Ofsted outcomes

Pay: £42,000.00-£46,000.00 per year
