Has built 0-to-1 in a startup and can iterate very quickly
Experience at a hyperscaler, AI startup, or in big tech
Education
Strong academic pedigree — required specifically if coming from smaller or lesser-known companies
Hard Skills
Background in classical machine learning or LLM research
Hands-on experience building LLM-powered automation workflows
Python proficiency for ML research and prototyping
Soft Skills
High agency, ready to speak with customers and stakeholders while building

Pay: £90,000.00-£160,000.00 per year
