The Role:
We are seeking a skilled operator/programmer to run our nesting CNC router. You will be responsible for bringing our bespoke designs to life, optimising material usage, and ensuring our products are machined to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate, set, and run a nesting CNC router safely and efficiently.
- Program and edit cutting files to prepare parts for manufacturing.
- Ensure all components are machined to exact specifications with minimal waste.
- Perform routine maintenance and ensure the workspace is kept clean and safe.
What We Are Looking For:
- Proven experience operating and programming wood CNC machinery.
- Highly Desirable: Hands-on experience with Mosaic Software for cabinet and furniture design/programming.
- A keen eye for detail and high standards of quality control.
- A proactive, growth-oriented mindset. You are looking for a long-term role where you can develop alongside the business.
