Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and public spaces efficiently and thoroughly
- Change bed linens, make beds, and replenish supplies such as towels, toiletries, and amenities
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues or safety hazards and report them promptly
- Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used safely and stored properly
- Follow established protocols for sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations
- Assist with laundry duties, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels
- Support team members during busy periods by helping with additional cleaning tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Previous hotel experience or experience in hospitality environments is highly preferred
- Strong janitorial skills with knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude toward teamwork
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout shifts
